Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Sahara website, assessment and app ("the service"), provided by Sahara Health, a business registered in Poland under tax number NIP 6762560321.
What the service is
Sahara is an educational training program for the pelvic floor, delivered through an app, with a daily self-rating so you can see change over time. It is not medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a clinician. See a clinician for pain, blood in urine, or any sudden change, and follow their advice over ours.
Plans and billing
Access is sold on usesahara.com. The annual plan costs $149 for 12 months and starts with a free 21-day trial: a card is needed to start it, nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel before the trial ends nothing is ever charged. After the trial it renews at $149 a year until cancelled. The monthly plan costs $15 per month, with no trial, until cancelled. We email you before every renewal and three days before a trial ends. Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable tax unless stated at checkout.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the account page linked in every email, with one click. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Money-back guarantee and refunds
If you are not happy within 30 days of your first payment, send a message through the contact form, from the email address you bought with, and say "refund". We refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5 working days. No forms, no questions, no calls.
We email you before every renewal. If a renewal goes through that you did not want, message us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it.
Cancelling is separate from refunds. Cancelling stops future charges and takes one click on your account page; a refund only applies to money already taken. Please message us before disputing a charge with your bank: we are faster, and a dispute freezes the money on both sides for weeks.
Access codes
Your plan includes one access code for the app. It is for your personal use on your own devices. Sharing codes or reselling access ends the plan without refund.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the service, copy the program content for redistribution, or use the service if you are under 18.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by Polish law, and any dispute may be brought in the courts of Poland or of your country of residence if you are a consumer in the EU.
